On January 8, 2025, Jeffrey and Bonnie (along with many others) lost their cherished Altadena home to the Eaton Fire, along with all their belongings, including books, furniture, clothing, and musical instruments. Among the items destroyed were Jeffrey’s cherished harpsichords, Bonnie’s prized antique piano, and their entire music collection and library, including thousands of books and scores, and all of Jeffrey’s marked and edited orchestral scores. While their possessions are gone, they have each other… and the cats. The road to recovery and rebuilding is long and arduous, but they are on their way…
